Oktoberfest Vendor Application
Event Date: Saturday, September 12, 2026
12pm-10pm
It will be a great event with Colorado Craft Breweries, Live Music, Stein Hoisting, Brats & Pretzels, Local Shops & Restaurants, Food trucks, Costume Contest & Family Fun Zone!
Breweries must arrive no later than 10:45 am and be ready to sell by 12pm. The Event Coordinator will check Breweries in and assign space.
We request that breweries provide:
Their own tent, banner, jockey box and beer pourers.
The event will provide:
Tables, ice and cups, plus refrigeration for kegs onsite.
Please advise the Event Coordinator of any special parking requirements; otherwise, all vehicles must be off the street by 11:00 am.
Breweries must remain open until the close of Festival at 10:00pm, even if you have (unfortunately) run out of product. Breweries may not tear down their tent/ space prior to the close of the Festival.
Please bring battery operated lights to help light your tent at night.
Costumes not required but encouraged!
