Happy Merchant Monday! We spoke with Kyle at Sexy pizza to learn more about this tasty spot on South Pearl Street for this week’s featured merchant!
Sexy pizza is more than just a pizza place. The South Pearl Street location has been in the area for almost 10 years and continues to give back to this community and its employees. Through their PHILANTHROPIES they’ve donated over $28,000 in 2020 to several community partners dedicated to speaking in the protection of marginalized people. They also take care of their employee’s offering competitive wages, great benefits, and employee stock ownership.
“Really it comes down to supporting the communities that we live and work in through our philanthropic work. Obviously, we make some sexy pizza but it goes much further than that. I think it’s important for all community members to support businesses and support each other especially during these times.” Kyle says.
