It’s Merchant Monday! Today we’re featuring Robert and Julie from RPO Framing and Gallery located at 1588 S Pearl St, Denver, CO 80210.
RPO (Robert Platz Originals) Framing and Gallery is a frame and art gallery that focuses on creative expression and supporting artists. They feature local artists in their window displays that rotate monthly. Robert has been in the business for over 30 years and isn’t afraid to take on unique framing projects. Finding the right frame for your art piece, photograph, or even object is his specialty. RPO Framing and Gallery offers an eclectic selection of frames along with custom framing services.
Upon RPO Framing and Gallery walls, you can view both Robert and Julie’s wonderful works of art. Robert’s paintings feature abstract characteristics of today’s greatest motor racing circuits. Each piece is created with enamel model car paint and inspired by the colors, motion, speed, and excitement of F1.
Julie captures photographs in natural surroundings that are then transferred onto a wooden canvas. Julie’s art is a beautiful portrayal of scenes found in nature, that play upon the wood texture. Most of Julie’s photographs are taken locally throughout Denver and Colorado.
Both being artists themselves, they understand how important the right frame to accent your piece can be. They see each new project as a story and love hearing what the piece means to you.
