Que Bueno Suerte!

Que Bueno Suerte!

Happy Merchant Monday! Today we’re featuring Que Bueno Suerte!, located at 1518 S Pearl St. Que Bueno is a creative, modern Mexican restaurant with artful surroundings that create a union between ancient Mayan and modern Mexican artwork and architecture.

Created by renowned Colorado restaurateur Rod Tafoya, Que Bueno Suerte! has called South Pearl St. home for the past six years. With the recent welcome of new GM Lenny Heykants, and head chef Kate Gisbert, Que Bueno has revamped all of their menus from dinner to drinks and even brunch! With an emphasis on fresh and seasonal ingredients, guests can look forward to an ever changing menu of traditional Mexican dishes with a modern twist.

When it comes to spirits they have carefully selected many unique, small batch distilleries to educate the community on traditional Mexican alcohol. There is a huge focus on community driven, family oriented, and ethically produced spirits to ensure that they are created authentically in Mexico. From mezcal and whisky, to raicilla and sotol, the team has curated an amazing drink menu that peaks the curiosity of most guests, and might even teach them a thing or two!

While education is important, so is having fun; which is why Que Bueno has a calendar PACKED full of amazing activities. On Tuesday, February 22nd, their Carnival celebration begins with margarita and mask making! The week of celebration continues throughout the week, burning effigy’s with flaming drinks, a Masquerade party, and a special Carnival themed brunch on Sunday. Don’t miss the Masquerade party on the 26th, because the winner of the mask contest will win a trip to the G4 Distillery in Mexico!!
