Happy Merchant Monday! Today we’re featuring Etc. Eatery, located at 1472 S Pearl St. Etc. Eatery is a unique and vibrant restaurant, serving comfort food from around the world.
Tim Chladek, owner of Etc. Eatery, has operated clubs and restaurants throughout Aspen and Denver for many years. In August of 2020, he decided to take his years of experience and open his own establishment in the quiet neighborhood of South Pearl St. While the past two years have been tough for restaurants during the pandemic, the incredible support from our local community has kept Etc. going. Tim’s goal was to not just focus on a single cuisine, but to focus more on the comfort foods of many. He created an incredible selection of dishes with his team, based on their favorite items from around the world. From tikka masala and “Karaage” (Japanese Chicken Nuggets), to buffalo wings and burgers, the menu is very expansive yet inclusive to many different cultures. Through whimsical presentation and complex flavor profiles, Etc. Eatery takes you around the world in the comfort of your own neighborhood.
Not sure what cuisine you’re in the mood for? Then stop by their happy hour! Etc. has $5 small bites so you can have your own miniature world tour. Not only that, but they have a selection of draft cocktails for $6 each! Grab a few of your favorite cuisines and pair them with a Paloma, Peach Bourbon Mule, or an Aperol Spritz.
As spring and summertime get closer, Etc. Eatery is preparing their many patio areas. Located in front, on the side, and on top of the restaurant, there is an incredibly spacious outdoor area for guests to enjoy. Could you think of a better place to enjoy a $25 bottomless brunch with SIX draft cocktails?! With the upcoming additions of a shaded rooftop patio and misted outdoor area, it’s gearing up to be the perfect place to relax and escape the heat.
