It’s time for another Merchant Monday and this week we caught up with South Pearl Street’s favorite brewery, Platt Park Brewing Co. After years of homebrewing, Randy Rankin, Colby Rankin, and Brian Ward created Platt Park Brewing Company in 2013. They are best known for beers such as the Madagascar Dream, the Watermelon Sour, and offer an environment that’s fun for all ages!
