Membership

Purpose

The South Pearl Street Association (SPSA) exists to promote the interests of businesses in the South Pearl Street district and to enhance the relationships among member businesses and between businesses and the surrounding community.

Functions

• Maintenance, Power, and Insuring of Street Lamps
• Maintenance and Illumination of Trees and other Streetscaping, including Flower Pots
• Seasonal Street Decorations and Banners – Farmer’s Market, Music Festival, WinterFest
• Promotion of District through Events, Advertising and Discount Programs
• Management of Sunday Farmer’s Market and Special Events including Homesteading in the ‘hood, Healing Fest, Bike-o-Rama, Car Show, Pet Adoption Fair, Chili Cook Off, Halloween Parade and Flea Markets with 2,000+ weekly Farmer’s Market attendees for 26 Sundays
• Management of Sidewalk Sale, Music Festival, OktoberFest, WinterFest and other events with over 35,000 total attendees in 2017

Meetings

The third Wednesday of all odd months (Jan, Mar, May, July, Sept, Nov) from 8-9:30am at Stella’s Coffee Haus, 1476 S. Pearl Street, Denver, CO 80210.

Membership Types & Annual Dues

Each business is a member with one primary contact. Up to 5 additional members are allowed under each business entity.
